A Way of Life

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of our thoughts, feelings, body sensations and surroundings in the present moment. Instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, mindfulness allows us to be fully engaged in the present. This results in a greater appreciation for life, increased relaxation and an overall sense of well-being. As someone who has practised mindfulness for several years and is fully qualified in meditation, massage and mindfulness, I believe it is a natural way of life. I enjoy sharing its benefits with others through online group sessions, one-on-one bespoke sessions and mindfulness workshops for children. By introducing mindfulness into workplaces, schools and everyday life, I hope to help others find peace and calmness in their lives.
